~ Basanta N

I recently completed a 6-day Delhi–Agra–Jaipur tour with Himalaya Exploration Tours and Travel as part of a group of 34 people. Overall, it was a good experience, and the tour was mostly well organized. The transportation arrangement was excellent. The taxi drivers were always on time and ready, which made the journey very smooth and comfortable for such a large group. We never had to wait for vehicles, which we really appreciated. In Agra, the hotel provided was very nice and beautiful in terms of appearance. However, the service from the staff was not satisfactory. They were not responsive, and there were some maintenance issues, such as a water tap not functioning properly. On Day 5 in Delhi, we missed visiting Raj Ghat and Lotus Temple, which was a bit disappointing. Better coordination on that day would have made the experience more complete. That said, the tour was generally well managed, especially considering our group size of 34 pax. Thank you for organizing the trip. For future tours, we would suggest ensuring better hotel service quality and covering all planned sightseeing points. ~ Anil K

I really appreciate their customer support. Unlike other agencies, they were attentive and available for queries. They arrange fix departures for your preferred dates. We had booked for mustang tour. Booking process was hassle free. Need few improvements- Some last moment changes were there which was not informed before hand. Maybe it was due to off season. Nevertheless we had a comfortable journey. ~ Rakshya S
